Dr. Vaidya is a prolific speaker and a philanthropist with an impulsion to nurture the young minds. She has completed her PhD from Tulane University, USA and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Apart from presenting her work in various international conferences, she is also an Editorial board member and reviewer for International Journals. She brings an experience of over 12 years and has practically lived and mentored students in USA, UK and India as an Assistant Professor, Scientist and a Counsellor. She is also actively engaged with NGO's working for women empowerment.
