Education Scenario to Study in Singapore
Singapore provides one of the top education systems in the world and is regulated by the Ministry of Education. It provides education right from diplomas to advanced diplomas (for students after 10th standard and the traditional Bachelor’s as well as Master’s degree programs. Singapore also has short term PG-Diploma Courses, therefore catering to all types of students at all levels of education. Singapore is not very popular in scholarship applications from all universities or institutions. Scholarship deadlines will then be the same as the application deadlines. Only few schools provide specific scholarships such as: NTU, NUS, and SMU. NTU and NUS however are not known to provide traditional scholarships but they subsidize the fees or provide financial aid.

Requirements to Study in Singapore
Undergraduate
For State funded universities, a high score is needed in 10th or 12th.
Some Universities might ask for 70% aggregate marks.
SAT scores are optional but a high score can help in application in most cases. NUS exempts Indian students from appearing for SAT if they are from the CBSE or ISE boards.
Some universities might ask for the university entrance test.
Master
Students must have completed at least 15 years of education. Bachelor’s course scores should be from 65% and above and GRE is mandatory.
For Business schools a GMAT score is strongly encouraged.
Entry requirements basically vary from program to program and are different for each university depending on what background the students are applying from, such as the academic boards they study under.
But in some cases certain tests may be waived or replaced by university entrance tests.
